To the North Carolina Early Intervention and Early Childhood Lending Libraries’ website, which houses two of North Carolina’s libraries with materials related to Early Intervention and Early Childhood Education: The North Carolina Early Intervention-Early Childhood Library and The Exceptional Children’s Assistance Center’s Library.

The North Carolina Early Intervention-Early Childhood Library is managed by the Exceptional Children's Assistance Center, North Carolina’s Parent Training and Information Center (PTI). Funding for the Library is provided by the Office of School Readiness in the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.
